Competition Terms and Conditions, Erud IT Ltd
- The promoter. This competition is organised and run by Erud IT Ltd.
- The prize: the winner will receive the prize as outlined in the newsletter that announced the competition. The promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value should the need arise. The payment of all costs and expenses involved in claiming a Prize are the responsibility of the winner(s). The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- Who can enter? This competition is open to UK-based customers of Erud IT Ltd who have previously paid for a product or service from Erud IT Ltd. Entrants must be over the age of 18. Only one entry per company will be counted.
- How to enter. Previous customers of Erud IT Ltd, based in the UK, may enter this competition by following the instructions set out in the newsletter that announced the competition.
- Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions as final and binding. Entries which are not in accordance with the terms and conditions will be disqualified.
- How the winner will be selected. All entries will be entered into a random, online generator which will select a winner.
- Competition dates. The competition will run for 30 days from the publication date of the newsletter which gave details of the competition. Entries received after the 30 days have elapsed, will not be counted.
- Date of the draw. The competition draw will take place 31 days after the publication date of the relevant newsletter.
- When will the winner be announced? Erud IT Ltd will inform the winner by email, and an announcement will be made in a subsequent newsletter.
- Claiming the prize. The winner must claim the prize within 28 days of the newsletter. If the prize is not claimed within this time, the second name on the list will be chosen.
- Employees of Erud IT Ltd are not permitted to enter this competition.
- The promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the prize draw at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
